Big Goldie

It's a holiday, so naturally I spent the day working. I have been planning on making a large scale gold paper bowl for a while and today I finally did it! I wasn't sure how it would turn out; sometimes a lot of gold is just too much. Thankfully, I think I've got a keeper.

Fall

We've had a pretty chilly fall so far, but in the last few days the weather has warmed up a bit and we've been able to go out and enjoy the fall colors. Why can't it stay like this all winter?

Sisterly

Saturday was my sister's birthday so I wanted to take a moment to dedicate a post to her. Through thick and thin, she's always been an amazing big sister. I can count on her for anything (bulldog!) and she's my most fiercely supportive cheerleader. There's no one I'd rather spend an afternoon sharing lasagna and gossip magazines with.

Skinny Laminx Pillow

For my birthday last month, my wonderful friend Danielle gave me a Skinny Laminx pillow that I've been eying for quite some time. I finally got a pillow insert and now I'm absolutely loving it in our living room. Thanks Danielle!
