Today we applied for a new studio space! If all goes well, Sarah (Cursive Design), Ben, and I will be sharing a new studio space less then a mile from our apartments. I'm nervous but excited about the opportunities this new space will make possible. I'm looking forward to opening my studio up to the public in ways I can't do from home. I'm also looking forward to working closely with my great friend Sarah whose work I admire. 2009 is already shaping up to be an exciting year!

congrats!! i am so excited for the three of you--i think nothing but good can come from this move and i know you have been wanting to do it for awhile. how exciting!

Thanks! I know you'll be hearing a lot more about it once we actually move in. You'll have to come back to Chicago for a visit this summer so you can see it!
